This lovely number allows you to set and increase the duty level on your boost as your car goes up through the rev range, many boost controllers only allow one set level, which means boost pressure tails off the higher the RPM you go resulting in less power. This puppy allows you to increase the duty as the revs increase rather than being stuck with a fixed duty level, it ties into the RPM signal wire on the ECU to do this.
