Corolla manifold, engine warning light

Just changed to the corolla manifold on my SR at the weekend, everything's running fine but I keep occasionally getting the engine warning light coming on. Has anyone else had this after switching manifolds. I did change the carb too because I painted both before installing. I'm presuming its electrical, because its running fine. Any ideas?
