Turbo Goose
Hello guys. Ive just dobe a diagnostics check on my glanza and its coming up with code 52.Car seems to run 100% fine. Ive done a continuity check from the ecu to knock sensor and comes up with around 25 ohms. I was expecting about 2-5 tbh but at least its not open circuit.if the knock sensors knackered does a car run ok?? Just wondering if I need a new knock sensor really. Thanks, dan
Taggy
If its on a code 52 the ecu pulls the timing and puts in more fuel when on boost, you may notice the car hesitating on boost or holding back, mine drove fairly normal even with the error, but when I tested it properly, it was over fueling like hell and the timing was massively retarded. Just change the sensor, they do go faulty.
Turbo Goose
Ok mate. Ive had it mapped with the dodgey sensor and fueling spot on so should I leave the dodgey sensor as it is for now?
