Cold start.. Is this right?

Just started her up on this chilly cold morning.

Now i have a blown mani gasket, turbo has gone and a cracked mani,

But sounded really choppy and asthough she's misfiring.

Fine once warm and idling at about 950rpm engine has always given out a strong vibration when idling

What could it be?
