Just a quick update, i have found the annoying ticking noise,

it was the exhaust gasket popping / ticking under load, wow it was dong my head in.

Iev just had a rattle on the turbo aswell the bloke who had it before me messed about with the actuator trying to turn the boost up and loosens it that much the wastegate penny was rattling did my head in lol
