civic rad and fan question

what size fan would fit the civic ek radiator? isit 10 inches or larger? also i have seen these fans on ebay but they dont come with the plug to fit into original socket so does that mean i have to cut the wires of the old fan and weld them onto the new fan? links are below for the products i have seen on ebay.
