I got both brackets (ep91) with nuts washers and bolts but which hole under neath do the bolts go into. They are either too big or way to tight so how do you mount the bottom bracket?

They may seem too tight, but this is because the threads are full of crap!

Its a pretty painful process, but get some WD40 and spray the bolt, and slowly screw it in and out of hole to remove the crap that's built up over the years! Once the thread is clean you'll be able to screw it in easily!
