Charlie28
Right, so I've fitted a forged GT engine in my glanza and swapped over the 3 pin sensor. I wired in my radiator fan from ID Workz. Now when i turn on the ignition the fan runs constantly. I've found out by removing a connection on the back on the thermostat housing stops the fan from running. Does this mean that the sensor is faulty? Flaminsam
Have you removed the air conditioning? If so behind the passenger side headlight there will be an oval plug with four wires going to it. You need to bridge out the wires in pairs and it should stop the fan from running constantly. Had this problem with my gt. Failing that you could rewire the fans and switch on the engine if your electronically minded.
Charlie28
Aircon is removed yes. Never had the problem when I had a glanza engine fitted. Only since I've fitted the GT engine and Slimline fan.
