Fuses blowing engine swap

Blowing alt fuse efi,ign in cab all at same time, disconnected alt not done it since, checked all earths all connected that's fine, it's turning over but not firing cus of the fuses, I've disconnected fuel pump connector and it's still blowing ign and efi at same time, king lead on/off various combinations it's still doing it, driving me absolute nuts, everyone's saying its shorting somewhere... Yes I know it is obviously but I don't get where

I know the efi controls several things 😩 up to my wits end seriously debating breaking it now

if your done a swap the engine might have damage the wiring doing the swap,if i was you i would check the wiring carefully for damage,if you cant see any damage i will do a continuty test with of all the +ve wires with the ground to see if there are no short,then the last resort will be swap over a new wiring to you car
