have you got any info on your headunit?

usually you have to wire the remote into one of the wires that come off the block plug that goes into the back of the head unit!

its a kingstech mp3 with remote if that helps

the block pluge

the wires are

orange (power antenna fuse 0.1A optional)

Red (ignition fuse 1A)

green and green/black (front left speaker)

white and white/black (rear left speaker)

black (ground)

yellow (fuse 8A memory)

purple and purple/black (front right speaker)

brown and brown/black (rear right speaker)

hiya mate. im ther fitter for halfords so ill find you one. on the loom you got in the back of the stero there should be a blue wire there by its self not connected to anything. thats normaly the turn on lead. it should say rem or remturn on. it dosent need to be behind the stero. it can be on any feed in the car that comes on with the stero. or you could put in on a switch and turn it on when you want it to. if you still have probs gimme a shout.

hello mate thanks for the asistance, i cant see that blue wire, there is a blue wire called antenna power and a blue wire called ant turn on but they go into the block pluge which goes into the stero and the stero only has a antenna, RCA line out and block pluge port.
