    Done the 4e to dot through the hole, then to the 0 on bottom pully,

    I've just fited a forged engine into my starlet I went to drive it today and it seem its slow reving, and willnt drive as it same like someing is stoping it, lv checked all wireing ect, I got it driveing along the flat and it wouldnt go over 5mph, its doing my nut in, Any ideal will be great,
