Took it to my local garage today they said it needs a gearbox and clutch... £200 fitting and I have to find my own parts

Car seems to be getting stuck in 1st and 2nd sometimes, and just today I can't use 2nd gear unless I push it in and it grinds... Any ideas what this could be?

looks quite high if anything not low at all, forgot to mention its got 40mm shock and spring kit, the other side is fine though...

just got a glanza 2 weeks ago, drove like a dream on the 4 hour drive home and has done for the past 2 weeks. But i looked in the boot earlier todayand seen something on the suspension that was ripping the seat. im not 100% what has happened as im not the best with cars, but looks to me as if something isnt tightened or collapsed.(see pic) cheers http://s1367.photobucket.com/user/scottg121/media/IMG_20130507_164014_zps8c37181f.jpg.html
