    What then once timing set remove paper clip ? Or just connect up and remove straight away? Also does a light come on to say its in diginistic mode?

    Good good. And the tensioner seems to tension it for you? Looking through the tiny hole in plastic lol. Just let it tension then nip bolt up ?

    Also does it matter about oil pump position ? Some people mention that about timing it up ?

    When timing ep91 4efte do you time it up to the 0 mark on the plastic cam belt cover and then do ignition timing to 10 degrees before tdc ? Thanks.

    I getting head skimmed but not block. Unlikely the block warps isn't it ?

    Yh. Tried everything. It only overheated when slowed down from going fast. Was fine going slow. But coolant stunk of fuel. It's all on another post. This was the last thing and one I didn't want to do lol.

    Overheating. I will do a compression test when all back together.

    Good. So what would cause this? Could it be running rich ? Because there was a slight hesitation before boost ?

    Thanks for answer. So the 2&3 clean patches on exhaust side are these a problem ?

    Is it ? It's been running a few months would it have melted by now if its lean ?

    No noting is melted or marked. Just looking at colour and clean patches. Good/bad

    Cheers and how about to undo the bolt ? Car got no compression to help as heads off. Lol
