turbo newbie

Think i may have been sent the wrong pump the hose and the electrical connection are the wrong way round to the ones on my orignal pump ??? Andrew

I started to try and fit my walbro fuel pump but i got stuck at the first step lol!!! i removed the seats and there was a metal cover with to wires going into it but how do you remove the cover ??? its stuck down with some tuff old stuff any help would be great Andrew

Hi Shelly just going to be running a ct9 with the boost turned a little nothing mad as i dont want any problems later on . I had a 5zeigen on my honda and it looked awsome . I just wanted to be different as most people seemed top have the blitz plus got an awsome deal on it

Thats ok mate i wasnt sure what to buy i put i greddy on my honda im a bit of a name whore but most people had the blitz and from reading threads alot said it was to loud. And not alot of people seemed to have the 5zeigen but im on the look out for a manifold now any surggestions???

Ive decided to remove the hks of my glanza and replace it with a s/s exhaust but what one? ive been looking at the blitz and the 5zeigen any help would be great ;) . if anybody has pictures of either of systems on there cars could you please post a pic Many thanks Andrew

Tryed it mate there all well fffffffffffffffffff (thats the expensive noise) ;) There guys in the parts department do alot of work for turbofit in mk and the supra forum because its like the lengh of the car or just replacing the box its still around £100 if i was going to get an exhaust shop to do it. Ive pm'ed glanza ragger to i noticed that he has one. Also ive been looking around and i lot of people seen to by pass the restriction in 1st and 2nd gear and theres alot of mixed veiws is this safe??? got a few plans for the engine bay tho orders a samco kit for the rad and all replacme

P.s had a search couldnt see anything mind you wasnt really sure what to put in ???

The cars good mate the exhaust in the mid section is blowing so ive got to replace it with a toyota gen part as the mock ups dont have the flexi pipe in it £120 from toyota with discount tho ;) . So i can get a blanking off plate on ebay ??? then? Andrew

Is there any blanking plate that can be used to seal up were the factory fitted bov went ??? i have a baileys bov and im guessing that it means leaving the resurculating one in do you have to cap it off ??? im new to turbo engines so im not 100% sure what to do any pictures or advice would be great ;) Many thanks Andrew

Thanks si Was a bit of a struggle to turn the low boost off in the dark i think i hit all the other buttons before i found it people driving behind might have thought i was trying to land a plane Andrew

Cheers enzo well ive had to speak to toyota in kiddlington and they said said that there part should match my hks exhaust system and should be the same bore and just my luck its the long section off the cat doh so its going to cost £120 And some clips to hold the grill in as they were all missing Then whilst am having that fitted at my mates garage there also going to under seal it as its never been done . Ive aslo orderd a fresh new samco hose kitt for the fmic as the hoses were looking a little on the tired side and an a piler gauge holder Andrew

Hi all My exhaust is blowing in the mid section does anybody konow where i can get a mid section from with the flexi part in it too??? moto factors do one but without the flexi section in it will this cause i prob??? Also the hi low boost button hazard and fog light and the wing mirror adjustment switchs should the light up when the lights are switched on??? Any help would be great . All post up some pics and stuff when i get some time of my glanza. (i bought lobotomy's car ) Thanks Andrew
