  1. a standard vtacc b16 would bow down to the mighty glanza . . . but if the b16 say civic jordan for example had the race tech turbo kit roughly 300bhp at .5bar of boost what bhp would the glanza have to be to keep up/get past ? im not good at the power to weight torque etc thing :p

  2. ive been in the same boat before looking for a dirty derv, golf tdi's audi's etc, my mate had a shitroen c3 that was averaging 46 - 50 around town and 60 - 66 ( digital display) motorway miles, i got a M reg 1L nissan micra as a cheap run about, garaged up by a granny and sold to my mate 2 or 3 years ago to build his no claims up then sold to me, the thing is bullet proof 56k on clock 12months mot 6month tax vibe 12" sub 6x9's aftermarket headunit all for £300 ;D cant remember how much tax is but insurance for me 2years, i dont have no caims is £58 a month :) Fuel wise, i drove to japfest in it with 4 people and back which was a 547mile all round trip cost me £50 :p as soon you go over 70 tho your fuel will disappear so i just cruise along 65 - 70 and doesnt cost a penny !

  3. Sherburn.... Now there a name I haven't heard for a while. Used to live in church Fenton.

haha no way! yeah i was at a job trial today in sherburn in elmet then ventured into the town centre for dinner break and saw the glanza drive past, i thought wtf theres only 2 near me lol, did you grow up round there or live long up there ?

  4. Thats a repost but makes me laugh every time never no who is behind you lol :D

weren't sure if it was sorry dude but yeah i've watched it a few times now and i still chuckle haha

  5. im not complaining what so ever at the price its so so cheap only £1.95 annually but maybe to help the club out a bit more up the price slightly and chuck in something through the post.

For example £5 member with UKSO air freshener or keyring or something, like a goodie bag in the post then after £1.95 annually

i know saxperience and 106owners and a few others are charging £10 and you only get the usual stickers then thats it and theres a hell of a lot of people who pay that and after being at japfest and seeing everyones cars and people for the first time, its a tight little community going on and id happily pay £5 with a keyring or freshner or some other goodie because i know it would actually help out and these cars are becoming more popular

or a choice maybe or something i dont know just an idea but obviously a system and price would have to be worked out :)

just some late night thoughts im throwing out there for ya ;D

  6. i like it too, i arent a member yet but if there was an extra quid added on id just think to pay another quid more and im a full member from then on, maybe up the member price to £3 or something, i know a £1 isnt much but majority forums ive been on before like 106owners and saxperience and a few others are charging £5 - £10 so this would still be cheap :) but as a non member if it was a quid extra i would go for member like you said :)

  7. u kiddin? a V or GT set up right on coillys and half decent tyres and the civic would be raped. civics heavier than a V.

u change to vtak and ul regret it

it was a long day ;) so the little V's are good on track then ? i just always thought civics were better handling than V because of the stiff rear etc on the v

  8. dont rape me here but im torn between the two, i know a few of you have come from a civic background and landed here "all noise no power etc" but what is the pro's and con's of a glanza vs civc b16/b18

am i right in thinking that the civic shits all over the v handling wise on track and stuff ? because after seeing a few at japfest i loved the overrated vtec noise and saw a couple of V's on track but they just didnt look like they were keeping up except boxys (not having a dig and i left around2pm anyway so may have been more) the ones i saw on track looked good and sounded nice but just didnt seem up to it compared to the others but then again the other cars were bigger, if socks car for example went on track would that shit on majority of others or what ? i just arent getting it

before i keep digging (unintentionally) what is the sum up of these two because i think theres something im missing

helpful comments please, that means Rbz keep them witty banter comments of yours to yourself ;)

  9. i cant post in sale section because im a tight f****r .. joking, anywhoooo need to sell this ticket ! was sold but the buyer dropped out so back up just normal price £20 so i can get one on the door, ukso keep the 95p im nice like that ;) spoke to steve gt and its all good so need this gone asap please !!

  10. Is there going to be a big convoy if we do this meet? If people can afford the fuel i wouldnt mind taking the long roads towards whitby

did you say you drive past lingdale everyday ? if so i wouldnt mind convoying up with you to whitby, its a boring old 60mile drive to lingdale lol make it more interesting going from then on with someone

  11. Just to show you guys there is a way to get your money back after the 30day paypal protection has ended its a bit long winded and is still ongoing but its purely the principle now I don't give a stuff about the money it more about showing scumbags they cant steal from honest people

as it clearly shows my payment was on the 4th December which was nearly 5 months ago and still I can claim it back via my credit card company they claim it off paypal and paypal then shove a massive dildo up cj performances arse :yahoo:

that could help a lot of people but not everyones paid on credit card i dont think man :/ cant believe people still do this and get away with it whether majority of money gets refunded or not there still better off than when they came, dirty money should be burnt but then again dont burn it because its everyone elses hard earned money but then ive just contradicted myself and ill probably stop now before i dig deeper ... -.-
