Wrong section and you dont have the post count to break a car on here mate

I pay to become a member on here I'm always flicking and reading bits and pieces buy I have to have so many posts to break a car? How can I build my post count if I can't sell parts I understand joining in on conversationS ect but come on a post count to brake a care???
