Hi guys got a couple of questions I want some advice on, I've got a starlet gt turbo ep82 on a ct9 atm running 196.7 at the fly, I want to upgrade to big turbo and a forged engine soon but don't no what is the best I want to use the car for quarter mile and fast road use I have a couple of mates with Astra vxrs focus sts an meganne sports all at 300bhp an the no they rip me an run it in an I've had enough haha, would a billet td04 with racetech mani decat an external wastegate get me near the 300bhp mark so I can fly past then? Anyone got any advice on what turbo and supporting mods to use would be great thanks again guys

Hks fuel cut defender needed ASAP working order please as just bought one got it on the rollers an it dont work

Right okay only prob is the guy selling it had all the same mods as me and this ecu an he rolled 131bhp lol he said it was due to the timing etc but mine ran 174 with a blowing manifold at 0.7 bar on a ct9 with Fmic, Decat, hks car back, uprated fuel pump, now Im going for 200bhp an I've added a fuel cut defender a boost controller screamer pipe an a rising rate sard regulator recon I will need the uprated ecu as dont Wana spend all that money an it make the car run less power no one has any info on it I have a dyno booked for Saturday want as near 200 as possible

cheers guys think i will buy it an then see how it goes how much could i sell my standard ecu for?

That's the one guy wants £300 for it tho is that a good price for one of them?

Morning guys I've been offerd a buddy club jdm ecu only available from Japan for my starlet ep82 it's plug an play comes with agressive map removes fuel cut an speed limit an increases rev range aswell as with the right set up an mods reaching 200bhp has any one ever had one of these before if so was they any good?

Guys i need help the top bit on my fuel pressure reg where you adjust the bar an the vac pipe goes on broke earlier while i was adjusting it, i managed to get the bolt out the fuel reg but it cant be used again, cars due on rollers for monday anyone got a spare one or any ideas be much appreciated Thanks

Right okay an Ahhh okay cheers an yeah I gathered that now no anyone with the part I need? I've gotta try an get the other bit of the nut out now haha gonna be fun may have to but the whole new unit

Wanted the top half of a sard fuel pressure regulator where you adjust it an the vac pipe goes as mine has just sheered off

Not having much luck today was adjusting the bar on the regulator then went to lock it off an the nut snapped off the reg great! Anyone got the top half of a sard regulator where the vaccum pipe goes?

No it's not that version mate it says hks evc black limited on it it's quite a big square screen an then it has a deprecate part with 2 knobs saying a and b

When I adjust it with the vac pipe off its at 3 bar soon as vac pipe goes on it goes to 2.5 bar??

Yeah I'm running standard ct9 with a ported mani, Decat an screamer pipe, uprated fuel reg, uprated fuel pump, Fmic, come filter relocation kit sits right at the front of the grill, fcd, boost controller, it's odd as soon as I go over 0.8 bar give it till about 4000 rpm then it's like your hitting a brick wall an it pops flames haha, it's all getting set up etc on 27th but I just wounderd maybe the fcd isn't working but when I turn the car on an turn the setting up or down the car shakes slightly so it must be doing something?

Also what could cause a boost spike?

Yeah it's a hks one but wouldn't the fuelin an everything play a part? An my boost control or sard fuel reg isn't set up

Right I have a fuel cut defender installed on my starlet ep82 an I set it to number 8, but it still fuel cuts? but I have. Boost controller that isn't set up yet and a fuel pressure reg which is getting set up on 27th could this be a reason for it still hitting fuel cut anything over 0.75 it fuel cuts badly any ideas could the fuel cut defender be nackerd?
