Any 1 kno were to get a crank polished in the glasgow paisey area?

Hi guys need to rebuild the bottem end on my glanza the bearings went. the engine is forged took the sump off n took the conrod bearings out notice the crank was scuffed so is there a thread showing how to take the crank out?

a dunno wat to go for yet mate want quite a big turbo ive got plenty of time to do it so it will be gettin done properly this time lol just need to save up the pennys to start gettin stuff lol. n aww read it wrong thought u ment there was another haha
