Its not running stock boost, boost goes up to 0.9 bar before I'm hittin a brick wall but boosts at 0.5 bar fine

It boosts at 0.5 bar easily that's what I don't get and the boy I bought it off only had it a few days but felt too old for a glanza so he sold it to me ha

Oh and the engine management light comes up
