  1. Checked it out today, one of the ht leads is missing the little rubber donut thing that goes over the plug, gave the plugs a quick clean up and put some v-power in it and it seems fine. Reckon it could have been the lead?
  2. As the title says my gt turbo bogs down at high rpm when it's under boost. I drive it around town no bother at all never gives me any issues but as soon as I give it WOT it'll bog down say at around 5000rpm then I'll have full power for a few seconds and it'll bog again all the way to the redline. Can't see any obvious boost leaks, shouldn't be a bad tank of petrol as I've filled the tank since (although it was 95ron). Haven't pulled the plugs yet as I've left my socket set at a mates *facepalm!. The car is boosting at 0.6bar but seems to hold it fine according to the boost gauge. Anybod
  3. Thanks guys, hopefully the build should start moving along nicely by February. Aiming for 250bhp or thereabouts by the end of next year, but my main focus will be on handling and actually being able to use the power instead of just a crazy big figured wheel spin machine.
  4. Alright guys thought i'd introduce myself. Name's Connor I'm from SW Scotland but working down in Wiltshire. Just got myself a nice ep82, I've always wanted a starlet gt turbo or a glanza v so I thought it was about time I got myself one. Managed to pick up a fairly clean example and my goodness I've fallen in love with it! Having owned several Honda's over the last few years I was a bit concerned what an ep82 would be like in comparison but all I can say is it's awesome and I'm definitely a big fan of the boost Done a few things to it already, most notably the cadbury purple Rota
