Not getting reading from the front passenger ABS sensor.

I think I have ABS problem, need some opinions! 

Undone nipples can’t get no fluid through.. The same both sides.  Peddle Stays hard to press. 

Bypassed rubber hoses but still the same and with engine running still the same..

im thinking it’s an ABS Issue? 
 

would be much appreciated to get you’re opinions!

Only matching number is for the gear 2, but which one is for the gear 1 for example?

Is that the code for Toyota? Synchro 5?
