Looking for a 421 manifold

So i took my oil catch can off today and put the blue silicone hose where the standard hose normally goes so its pretty much back to normal, but now it seems like my car is idling funny, be better if i had a rev counter but it seems like its idling at like 600 - 700 rpm when i guess its normally 1k or a bit higher? Still drives fine and sometimes it does idle like normal but then seems to dip back down? Any help?

Think I might have mentioned on Instagram but yeah it sits pretty on the front but the back is a litter higher than I thought it would be but it still looks sick

Right so finally got the springs on with the help of Starlet_Joshy and i have to admit, it's only a 40mm drop but it makes the car look so much better now! Next on the list is getting my brakes done and fitting my 4EFTE Mani then might look at getting a steering wheel and maybe a Glanza rear bumper, looking for a number plate surround and Glanza Rear lights so if anyone's got anything PM me So pictures

Only testing the water at the moment but am thinking about swapping my wheels out, Preferably swaps + cash your way or open to offers etc but yeah, at the moment i have a set of BK Racing wheels 15 inch 6.5j not sure of the model but they were refurbed back in January and they're still in excellent condition tyres still have a lot of tread on them so yeah, perferably looking for wheels the same size or maybe smaller

Got a pic of the seats fitted and as i said above, they're awesome so yeah :L Next on the list for interior is a steering wheel Couldn't help but get a Team Beard sticker aswell. BTFU

Mine were a bastard to get in but they're in now and I love them lol, only problem I got is due to my (going to be nice to myself here) 'size' they're a little too close to the wheel but I think I've found the sweet spot now so all good!

Gonna take it up my mates garage tomorrow and get a proper look, also another mate of mine said it could be piston rings?

As above, Before i drove down to Barnstaple the other day my i checked my dipstick and it was full, after getting back and popping around Bristol for a bit, it's nearly empty, i've had it jacked up and there's no sign of a leak anywhere and the oil light hasn't come on so my only thought is that becaue the age and mileage of the engine it's just burning oil. But it seems to be doing it abnormally quick...

Would the FTE rocker work better with a 4EFTE inlet though?

Is it worth putting the 4efte rocker on the 4efe?

So got a set of GT seats last night, also came away with a Glanza calipers and discs and a fte inlet manifold Need to start getting stuff fitted!

Right update time, Need to kick my ass into gear and get stuff fitted lol, got some new discs to go on drilled and grooved for that racecar look ;) still got to do the springs also might be getting a set of Gt seats to make a proper start on the interior along with looking at a couple of steering wheel but I'm skeptical about buying them online but yeah, might be looking as swapping my wheels around as well either rotas or speedline are on the list, well, I'll get some pics up when I actually take some :L

Would a 4EFTE throttle body fit straight onto a standard 4EFE intake?

Looking for a new air setup for my N/A, at the moment just have the standard black pipe with a cone filter on the end but I want something different but don't really know what to get?

Gonna get it serviced at the end of the week see if that makes a difference, if it dosen't, New HT Leads, Spark Plugs, dizzy and a comp test would probably be best?

As much as i'd love to own a turbo i only have an N/A atm :/ Don't know if you've got any tips on the 4EFE?

As above, not sure if it something bad or it just needs a small service but my cars been a bit sluggish and wondering if there's really anything I can quickly do to maybe get it back to its former glory or just get it serviced and go from there

Any tips on pushing more power out of the 4EFE? Someone did link me to another thread a while back but can't find it...
