So I've had my car a week since it was mapped on an emanage and I couldn't be happier it runs sweet as a nut and pulls very well
Took it there just after I put a second hand engine in it also bought from mike! The 245 mile journey back home was 100x better than the journey there I can't believe te differance!!
The customer services from these guys really is second to none can't recommend them enough, would definitely make again one day
Thanks again mike I can't thank you enough

Pm'd you about the engine mate. Cash waiting
-
Good choice I'm running a 0.5 nice and safe till mapping comes all you need for now
Haha yeah at least I hope it's safe, out of curiosity are you using a fuel cut defender or fpr?
-
Okay cheers Phil great help gonna run it at 0.5 bar just to be safe and hope it fuels safely till I get it mapped
-
Okay this is annoying now I keep gettiny told different things... Some say I'm gonna hit fuel cut running anymore than 0.6? Do you think it will run safe at 0.8 with only a front mount on a standard ecu? No fpr or fuel cut defender
-
Ahh I see! I have a sard fpr ATM but will be unwired till I get it mapped, really I though anymore than .6 would hit fuel cut!?
-
Wait didn't you hit fuel cut running 0.8?
-
I ran a td04, td05 and a gt28 at .8 on the standard ecu and it fueled them all fine
With no fpr?
-
Nope can anyone recommend me a reasonable priced one?
-
Fuck it maybe I will stick a .8 bar spring in there then! Cheers mate
-
Ive ran 0.8 on glanza just front mount. Still rich on the wideband.
Literally just a front mount? That's all mine will have.. No fuel cut defender or fpr? And this is on a TD04 right?
-
9.75 psi yes.. Don't have one yet fuck it ile stick a 7 psi spring in there till I get it mapped
-
But is 0.6 with no modifications gonna be safe?
-
I've Hurd that it i will fuel correctly as long as it's under fuel cut? NOT a gt, talking about my glanza here..
-
Oh really Colin? I've been told it would run perfectly safe at 0.6 bar with no modifications? This is only for 2 months max till it's mapped properly
-
On a glanza v, only runnin .6 for now so I don't have to buy a fcd and, will be getting an emanage blue soon then running .8 or maybe 1 bar.. Just blew an engine up running 1.1 but on a blitz access ecu haha so this is just for the time being so I can have my car back on the road and not hit fuel cut
-
James I can't seem to be able to upload photos on here?
-
Okay sweet thank you Mikey, ahh okay I didn't know that. I don't want to boost anything over 0.6 bar for now though? I have a boost controller (aem thru boost) no idea how to use it though haha played with it for hours and only managed to change it from psi to bar, but I will be disconccting it for now. With no boost controller and a 0.6 bar spring it will only boost to 0.6 bar right?
-
I have an external wastegate TD04L set up on my glanza but I want to set the boost at 0.6 bar for now untill I can afford an e-manage blue becuse I've been told it will run fine on a standard ecu with no mods at 0.6 bar.
The problem is my external wastegate is unbranded.. No markings at all that I can see?
Can I just stick a tial 0.6 bar wastegate spring in it or are wastegate springs specific to the wastegates they were made for?
Any help would be appriciated

Looking for a new engine as mine has poped
Needs to be under 80k miles or recently rebuilt with proof of miles and/or rebuild, would also like compression test results, and is possible a video of the engine running, also would like to know the reason for sale, and needs to be close to Norfolk or be able to be sent to me on a pallet
Many thanks

Mine the same as this oil has a very strong smell of petrol, pretty sure it's over fueling though, had it dyno'd Saturday and fuel/air was high at low revs but okay at high revs
-
I think it could be running rich saw it peak at 10.2 on full boost the other day running a blitz ecu on td04
-
Sorry only just seen these!! Haven't had the problem since I posted this haha, just went away by it's self and runs fine! Sorry I can't help mate
-
Haha didn't know the rad got that hot! It's the engine it's self which feel very hot to touch though, temp gauge seems okay, runs slightly cold when driving like my mum, haven't noticed how hot the rad gets!

I had a very similar problem to this, car would select all gears fine when off but when started it wouldn't select any!! Turned out to just be the clutch pedal needed adjusting.. Had me stumped for 2 days lol and took me 30 seconds to fix! Always worth checking to see if theres enough travel in the pedal?
