Water pump will be replaced as soon as I free up some funds, just not got the cash spare to do it this month as I had to pay out for my gearbox refurb! Going to wait till I can afford water pump before I change the cambelt for good measure anyway, just going to use the scooter for commuting Costa alot less in fuel than the glanza that's for sure!

I have a decat with lambda sensor, would I still need the wide band? I'm not going to bother turning my boost up till I have a td04, so will I still need a fuel cut defender?

Castrol is 75w-90 fully synthetic for manual g/box, api gl-4 if that makes any difference

Hi guys, I've just replaced a couple bearings in my gearbox thanks to one of them collapsing on me! So anyway! Castrol bot 328 manual gearbox is 75w 90 but I heard somewhere, can't remember where! That the lsd box takes a "special" kind of oil? Any one shed some light? Thanks again guys!

Aaddzz123, so to do the water pump I won't have to remove cambelt again? I'm guessing it's run by an aux belt? Hope so! Lol My crank seal isn't leaking yet, but if the budget isn't too tight ill replace! I've got access to battery and air gun so hopefully the pulley bolt shouldn't be hard, as for the pulley any tips on "how not to" lol, thanks for the help by the way guys, much appreciated

So my v hit 100k km last month, and I need to do a cambelt change! First question- any specialist tools I need? Got a toolbox full of tools at work but anything special I need? Second question- it's only done 100k km, do o really need to change water pump? Or is it easy to get to, to do at a later date? (Moneys tight atm thanks to my g/box giving up on me!) Belt tensioner and idler- need to be replaced or just precautions? Bonus question!- removed my A/C but Still have the pump on the engine, do I just remove the pump and fit the non A/c belt, or is there more too It than that? Thanks guys!

Oem lsd box

Hmm! I've been offered an lsd box 300 miles away from me for what I believe to be cheapish, (£250) any ideas of stuff to look out for? I.e internally broken stuff that can be noticed from outside lol

As above I'm in need of an oem lsd box as mine was murdered at santapod on the weekend and it's my daily! item number is- 281512225490 -(fleabay)) if not whats involved in using a normal gearbox and how much are they going for?! Cheers guys

Hi guys, so as the title says I'm trying to fit my fmic, I've taken the bumper off to have a look, and it looks like I have to remove my air con rad, fair enough I guess, it's gone! But I've got a dump valve and was wondering what the hell I do with this pipe? I'll post a pic in 2 mins, anyone know what I do with it? Cheers!
