How do i adjust the wastegate mate?

I have the exact same problem after fitting bigger intercooler. Will a manual boost controller help me? The actuator just stops me boosting in the lower revs but once i get up high it tries to go past 1 bar and fuel cuts :/

Nothing is worn in the control arm. Only thing i think it could be is the rear beam mount bushes, one of them is creaking like mad.

Yeh its been extended alot. It starts off slower than it used too but when i put the foot down it still managed to get to 1 bar. Was boosting at 0.6 before

Adjusted the actuator but still wants to boost upto 1 bar. Would a manual boost controller help?

How do i wind the actuator down? Sorry clueless about cars lol

I have a hks actuator but dont think its adjustable

Yeh it does judders like mad but it still keeps going when i put the foot down and just does the same again. Any way to prevent this? The exhaust also makes a loud pop when it happens aswell.

Hi, just got a new intercooler fitted and now everytime i put my foot down in 3rd gear and get to about 5-6k revs the car judders like mad, like backfires but wants to keep going? Any idea what this could be? Was working fine before with the other intercooler...

Mines not coming from the mani, sounds like the top of the engine bay just accross from the idle control valve.

What kind of bushes do the lower arms come with? Is it the front arm bushes and the front wishbones aswell? Sorry if im sounding like an idiot not very clued up on cars lol

Should a full poly bush set for the front sort it out do you think?

No idea what injectors are in it but its definitly not the manifold
