Great to finally be on here in this awesome crowd. Just got myself recently a 1995 black Starlet Gt Turbo, absolutely in love. Needs abit of touch up on the body, and a tidy up of the wires (absolute mess) but i'm getting there and hopefully have it ready for you all this summer! Hey guys. I need help with a problem, just wired up a new slimline fan for my alloy half rad seeing as the previous owner took it off (god knows) and when i switch the ignition on the fan starts up. what could be the problem? sensor? fan relay? or just a dodgy connection somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, Firstly just like to say hello, just bought my first Starlet few weeks ago absolutely loving the little monster but have a question about rads. Currently my car overheats on idle. give it about 15-20 minutes and it'll reach about 120 and start to spew coolant out of the overflow pipe. My GT is a fully forged TD04L, running 270. My car has a Civic type r half rad, so i did abit of googling and seen mixed responses on a few different websites, some for and some against. and was just wondering are they no good? should i get a replacement rad? was looking into that package that
