  1. WOW mate, lovely looking V! Love the wheel colour and love the seats more! :) What car did the seats originate from? Looks very oem with the rest of the armrest! nice match.

Only thing im not a fan off is the door handles, but the rest is allllll gooooood :D

  2. Japanese car for Japanese dog :p:( both look awesome :(

Haha cheers mate, he loves the car, always excited when he hears the exhaust lol My old Chow chow (RIP) also loved my previous Glanza, always going for a ride and sticking his fluffy head out the window! lol

Looks good mate, watanabes in gunmetal will look sweet :o

The wheels on there look like OZ Super Turismo's to me :D

Thanks mate, yeah i'm thinking refurb them in gunmetal or a JDM bronze colour...unsure yet :D

And yes they are OZ super turismo's! Just remembered the name now lol.

  3. Cheers guys for the comments! :(

Further updates taken place since last 6 months.

JAM ECU (Still running 0.8bar, but runs so sweet now!!)

    RW Development Relocation kit

    Powder coated red rocker cover

    Rocker breather

    Baileys BOV

    Luke's Carbon effect dial surround

    Watanabe RS8's 14's wrapped in Falken ZE912's

    NGK heatrange 7 sparks

    New rear discs + pads

New front & rear wheel bearings

Numerous oil changes + oil filter changes

Glanza stickers removed from side and rear.

Not taken any pics of the car recently, but thats the stage she's at now.

Pics of the wheels, I did a DIY refurb to dark grey. But its already starting to peel. So will be professionally refurbed soon hopefully.

Amazing piece of kit! And highly recommended buy from RW developments. Makes an amazing noise now when you give it some :o

The only downside is the car has done LOTS of miles, close to 130-135k miles. But still drives really well, I can get quite easily get 210-230miles for £25 of petrol, that's including occasional blasts :( **Touchwood** its been running great so far.

So I'm not sure what to do....possible engine rebuild? Or replacement engine with one ALOT lower miles then start adding more power from there?

  4. Looks proper clean mate!

Thanks bud! Unfortunately it looks cleaner in the pics than irl. There are alot of scratches and stone chips in the bonnet and front bumper, also a couple of annoying dings. Hopefully though I do have a respray on the cards in the near future so this should fix it all :(

  5. Looks tidy mate! Needs lowering at the rear though dude.

Cheers matey! Its not THAT bad infact, just the drive way slopes and made the car sit at a weird angle. Though it does still need lowering!

Thanks for reminding me though I forgot to add the suspension mods as well, its currently running standard shocks and uprated springs :(

  6. Further updates over the year, picking up bits and bobs along the way....

    Dave Burwash mani

HKS Actuator (Set just under fuel cut)

    OEM 3 Point rear strut

RX7 TMIC + Silicone pipes. (Polished to a mirror finish!)

    HKS mushroom filter

    Orange indicators

Replaced the aftermarket seats with GT seats on modded rails to fit the Glanza.

    Removed Aircon

    Removed tints

Removed rear manky carpet and rear sound proofing

Car was looking alot neater and cleaner inside and out, and alot nicer to drive.

Even the Akita was enjoying the ride! :(

Unfortunately you can see the dash was drilled to put the boost gauge in by the previous owner, i've not yet found a solution to 'fix' this :(

  7. Hi,

Had the car for 18months now and never did a build thread, so here we go :( This is my 2nd Glanza, as I regretfully sold my first one lol.

Spec list when I bought her

CT9b running 0.8bar (Was hitting fuel cut when tonkering along at 70)

    Autobahn decat

    Unknown full system 4inch exit

    Unknown airfilter

    Standard mani

    Standard front strut

    Magnecor leads

15inch Team dynamic alloys (I believe)

    Standard shocks + uprated springs

    Aftermarket reclining seats

    Tinted windows

    Clear indicators

    OEM Duck spoiler

    Laguna front splitter

    TIM turbo gauge

    HKS turbo timer

    Sigma alarm

Was bought in a quite a bad way, paintwork was dull, interior was bad (boot carpet was full of grim and oil, dusty and generally interior was just minging lol)

Other than that, I saw her potential....so first thing was to give her a service and clean her up. Engine bay was first, was grimey and missing the top mount cover. Before and after pics.

This was the car after 2-3 months of ownership and just enjoying being in a Glanza again :(
