  1. so blocking the left pipe ups the stock wastegate pressure to 0,65 instead of 0,35 Bar ?
  2. So i bought an aftermarket ebc... But i can't really get my head around how the stock solenoid & the 2 pipes on the actuator work. On almost all cars actuators just come with one feed pipe which is connected to the compressor housing or with a T piece that connects to a 2/3 port solenoid... Once the pressure is reached within the charge pipes which is the same as the actuator spring, it's able to push to the diaphragm open which then pushes the wastegate open on the turbo's turbine housing regulating the exhaust gasses & affecting the pressure generated by the compressor... or i
  3. The discs looked fine, still like new so almost no pad transfer...
  4. not half i think about 2mm, it's just shocking how the surface looks, it has chunks out of it & not flat at all, looks like wet paper...
  5. so i bought myself a set of new rotors & ebc redstuff brake pads... the quality of these are just outright shocking & dangerous!! right after the installation i noticed that the brake performance was really really bad. but i logically thought, nevermind this could just be that they still need to bed in. but after 25 miles braking was so bad i thought my master cilinder had died... i pulled the brakes apart to find this... mind you this is equally bad on both sides none of the calipers were dragging or stuck. i've been doing trackdays for more than 15 years & never seen a pad fa
  6. Item location: kunshan, 江蘇省, China That's never a good sign
  7. isn't there a difference with the TPS ?
  8. i pmed you socks & bluebear and some other guy, but i don't have his name anymore because i deleted the pm,because i was thinking something was wrong with the pm system. all i'm saying/stating here is from my own perspective, i'm a IT consultant by trade & I've ran more than 10 succesfull forums/community's with many 100/1000 daily active users, all free of charge and investing my own time & money for hosting/colocation/maintance to provide a community where people can share information, so i know what's involved. this whole thread was started because i did not receive a
  9. also this,.. you pay money for a forum but people responsible for the forum are just ignoring your questions over PM... up untill the point that you have to create a thread about it to get some feedback/attention it just gives a real bad vibe for a *new user* that even paid extra to support a community but doesn't seem get anything in return. that's my rant for the day
  10. sorry, but this is untrue, you can easily prevent this by limiting the edit time of the original post.... and anybody with some basic understanding of php/sql can make a custom script. once an item is sold, the thread should be locked by a mod to prevent somebody from using a reply to offer other parts.
  11. to let them know you send a pm to let the seller know you can't pm because his box is full to ask additional questions that maybe be require input from somebody else if the seller doesn't know. etc... there are dozens of examples like this & others, from people reply'ing to for sale topics on this forum, why else would you have this functionality ?
  12. I'm sorry but this is not clear at all & does not answer my question! it only says you cannot sell parts or break a car for parts so this means starting a new thread.. there is not a single mention or post or pinned thread or whatever stating that you cannot reply to an already existing thread/topic show me a topic or post where it states that you cannot reply to a for sale topic/thread
  13. pm'ed 3 different mods with a question regarding post restrictions... none replied and yes it has been more then a week now & yes they read the pm and are regularly online really great feeling that i actually payed money for this forum . so here it goes.... again for the 4th time. Is it normal that i can't reply to a for sale thread ? I get it that you should not be able to start a thread below 50 posts... but replying to one if you want to buy a part should be possible ?
  14. got some bits ordered just need an ECU
