How do you know which is the right fuse for heating fan

Hi guys can you help me out with my issue on my sportif 1998 switched on my fan today to blow some cool air in the car and it wasn't working not blowing on cold or hot,can anyone tell me what the problem is. Thanks any help would be much appreciated.

A new issue has arisen with my starlet, and that is when i went to start my car this morning it struggled,eventually it did start after I pumped it a couple of times. I have had this car for 7 years and never had any problems. I recently had the middle box on my exhaust replaced and it sounds awful I don't know if that has something to do with it or not,I've bought a new battery, New spark plugs, coolant and air intake sensors, and now I'm stuck please help.

Thanks for the replies I've already changed that,may be someone can tell me why the EML light stays on until the temp gauge reaches half way then goes off.

Thanks maybe I said the wrong thing what I'm looking for is whatever it is that's turns the the radiator fan on.

Can anyone tell me where to locate heating sensor. And how to replace it.

Where will i find that and how will i know its the right fuse.

Thanks for the reply but we already did that,that's how we found out about the sensors being faulty as for clearing the memory I'm not sure what to do.

I own a 1998 toyota starlet sportif and recently my E.M.L has been coming on and because my car is so old I could not get a full diagnostic test done, what they did do was tell me my air intake sensor and my coolant temp sensor were faulty which i have replaced, I also replaced spark plugs and battery hoping this would sort the problem but no.it seems to come on when car is cold and goes off when it gets hot can anyone help me with this issue.
