I have fitted an aftermarket steering wheel and steering boss and as I expected my airbag light is on the dash, is there a way I can get it off? Ie not and stuff

I'm after a white front bumper and don't mind colour of bonnet aslong as in good condition.. Must be able to post Thanks in advance Also could do with complete headlight with indicators
