Have someone rebuild the rear brake calibers? I need to do my own and just ordered the sealings etc to make it work with the old pistons.. give some advices if you guys have!

Paint problems fixed (hood+front bumper) 

Well its been months from the last visit, but nothing special have happened, just driving! and really enjoying it. I have done just some minor things like installing the outside temperature meter, better lights/bulbs and so on. Actually have driven over 30,000km in the past one year so not bad at all! Everything works fine, no problems at all, not even starting problems when there is -25 C outside, car starts like there would be a summer time  So only maintenance things to do before spring arrive, then im going to paint my hood and front bumper again and starting to look for new summer rims also.

So, my remote key dont have any battery inside.. what is the correct type for Glanza (-97)? CR2016 or CR2032 or something else maybe?

Yep! also trying to get better light output to my low beams with leds or something.. the halogens are just so bad.

Well the blueprint one did fitted, just saying this if someone else want to know in future.

Lets get back to this topic, someone used that blueprint filter? readed somewhere, that the inlet is bigger than the standard one? can someone combine to this? I got filter change after 2weeks so its time to order a new filter if that blueprint is not going to fit (the part numbers were exact the same..)

And now when the transmission is working again, i finished my exhaust by changing the both mufflers, flex pipe and the gaskets from connections. (and the tip is little bit "more like it" now).

Some updates. Car is up and running again! changes the bearings and syncros from the transmission, and now its working really smoothly again!

So found a new synchros for my transmission, from toyota, 55euro/piece. And got them in 2 days 1 and 2 gear using the same synchro ring (atleast the diagram and toyota told so), and the number was 33367-12101

Correct me the right synchro numbers, got mixed part numbers right now..

Synchro ring 1 - 33368‑12082

Synchro ring 2 - 33367‑12101

Synchro ring 3 - 33369‑12030

OR

33367-12070 Synchro gear 1
33367-12101 Synchro gear 2
33368-12060 Synchro gear 3
33368-12082 Synchro gear 4
33369-12030 Synchro gear 5

Only matching number is for the gear 2, but which one is for the gear 1 for example?

I'm onto my second gearbox I actually have another two spare haha it's a roll of the dice at 150 or 300 ponies..decent oil will help with regular changes..defo use the lsd. Anything over 220 ponies imo is a must

So my plan is the change the worn out bearings and synchros + thinking to put LSD on it. Im just wondering that what is the power/torque capacity on this transmissions.. what i have read and heard up to this point is that these transmission are pretty easy to broke down.. im just thinking that is it a waste of money put LSD on it Some mixed up feelings because im running now less than 200hp and its already its limits i think. And some folks have like +250hp? just dont know what to think about the reliability of the transmission.

The shiny cam cover looks mint with the white mate, do you sit any lower in those seats?

What are those coils like?

Loving them alot, couldnt ask for more i would say. Same brand works also pretty nicely in Toyota Caldina aswell, tried in other car too. Some update: So, my gearbox is gone now. Seems like a bearing problem and i need to get new synchros and bearings to it.. where to looking for this? i was also thinking to change to hole gearbox/transmission but hard to find any?? (its c56?) also read that there have been used other kind of gearboxes aswell in glanza, but what can handle ~200hp?

And now comes the transmission problems 😒 some brawl? Noise comes from the transmission/near it, only when the gear is on, not on neutral or when using the clutch. Im thinking it might be the clutch pilot bearing? Someone else having/had the same issues?
