  1. Up to now I have plenty of plans for the winter, new alloys, drilled and grooved disks, refurb the coil overs, live sports wings, jam side skirts and also a fresh coat of paint as I’m not really happy with the plasti dip that’s currently on her! All this is to come though! And also getting the mapping sorted when the new fuel pump is fitted! Sorry to everyone that’s been following the thread and me being quiet recently, I’ve had lots going off in my personal life and haven’t really had the time to be updating, however I’m not back and will be posting plenty of cool updates through the winter!

  2. With the engine built back up and in the car ready, it would be rude not to get stand alone management to run now that everything is slowly starting to come together! I decided to run ME221 .ecu maooednst RDT, however I’ve been restricted at the minute as my current fuel pump isn’t up to the job, not to worry as I’ve got a new pump though and it’s ready to fit to unlock the cars full potential when the time comes! The walbro 225 was my choice of pump!

  3. So I’ve been quiet for a while... turns out my car has been through some serious surgery this year... starting with the head gasket shitting itself and the head warping not only to fine my block cracked too. After sourcing a new block and sending the head off to the machine shop it came back awsome! I also surfed a new block and has that sent off too! The machine work was absolutely amazing!

Is this a new issue? If so I’d suggest cleaning your idle speed control valve out! If it’s been happening for a while I’d turn the idle up on the throttle body!

It’s a new issue mate, thanks for the advice I’ll see if it helps

  5. My engine seems to be idling very low even 250rpm where it seems hesitant to cut out... the oil light blips when the revs get too low, any advice?

  6. Hello, really need help, I’ve fed all the wiring for my taco power and earth etc, I’m now looking for a source of signal on my ep91 glanza, can anybody help me please and tell me where I can get the signal feed so I’m able to use my aftermarket taco thank you!

I wired in a omex Rev limter the other day on my Glanza , I first tried the ignition neg from the diagnostic port , but had no joy , so I then tapped into the 2 pin plug on the coil pack that is bolted on the bulkhead and works perfect , will look tomorrow and tell you the wire colour I tapped into  Toby

What colour wire was it Toby? As I’m planning on doing the same thing to mine today and I don’t want to run in to any issues lol, rather know what wires I’m going to be chopping in too! :) thanks

  8. Okay guys I know this one might be really simple for you but what is the size for the 2 bolts that hold down the middle section of your rear strut brace to the bot floor, can’t seem to get the right thread type anywhere...

And also guys there isn’t exactly a colour code with the paint work lol, it’s a hybrid paint colour, Cadbury’s candy purple mixed with monsoon blue, I’d has come out rather well mind! I’ll get plenty of photos for people to see and also with the smoothed boot lid! Not everyone’s cup of tea I will agree however it looks lovely in person :)
