  1. Cheers guys Enzo - great stuff! Thanks for that. The idea is to keep the cost down but not so low it turns in to a "ghetto" job.
  2. Cheers guys It does seem very cheap - hence worth a look Bearing in mind I'm going to gut most of it Missing an intake filter - that's a bit of a worry I looks like it has had a mod to the air lines. 1st/2nd gear full boost mod? Seems like it has some decent mods with out going mad Anyone close that could take a look for me ;)
  3. It is Great for humbling a lot more expensive metal ;)
  4. fixed the links! Cheers gaz Nothing like it I'm on my fourth and just cannot find any thing to replace it with! Started a thread in "General" I guess that is a better place?!
  5. Anyone know this car? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...bayphotohosting
  6. So I'm looking to buy a late used Glanza to mod to a road legal track car. I currently have a supercharged S2000 which I have tracked but don't fancy trashing it So I'm looking for a good base car to mod for track day use. The idea is keep it simple and effective. No bling. I need to be able to drive it to and from the track with all I need for the day packed in the car! So once I have a suitable motor I'm thinking I need to the following: Light coilovers with compression and rebound adjustment Front anti-lift kit Rear anti-roll bar Second set of light wheels with track day tyres braided
  7. some pics of the supercharged S2000 Having trouble embedding these so here's some links ;) http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?act=m...&img=430109 http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?act=m...&img=428557
  8. 3rd time lucky for this post Thanks for the input guys Just worked out it was only the very early ones with RWD. FWD is no biggie for me. I've tracked the S2000 but don't fancy binning it and losing all the time, effort & money I've put in to it. I'm looking to do something similar to the Glanza A few well chosen, effective mods that make the difference but keep it looking stick (ish) I'm aiming to make it a road legal track car I can drive to and from the tracks (I live 5 mins from Oulton Park) I was thinking coilovers, braces and anti roll bars Mild engine tune (with out clutch or in
  9. I've been looking for a cheap but reliable track day car for a while. Trawled through the usuals suspects (Sti's, Evo's, Old Golfs etc) And the unusual suspects (Fiat coupe, old TVR's, ex race cars) Then I remembered a mates superb little starlet Turbo and recalled it was rear wheel drive I've been looking around and I reckon a late Glanza V with a few minor mods should do nicely I currently have a very tweaked Honda S2000 (320 BHP) that I have tracked but I don't fancy getting it trashed with the money and time I've put in it. What do you think good plan or mad idea?
