Anyone know what the lowest I can go on springs and if anyone is selling springs ?

Hi all, I am looking for some cheap coilovers that arent stupid price for my ep91, anyone know of any coilovers that will fit that arent worth more than my car ? Haha, also if not are lowering springs okey? Heard mixed things
