Im sure you can do this but dont know where, where you can get the outer rim painted in a different colour?? Does anyone know about this or where you can get it done??

oh of course hence i wanted to read up about it but was just interested on roughly how much they are, obviously i woundnt beable to just put the turbo in as it will probably need other mods to make it work properly and for the car to cope with it . Im hoping to buy a strarlet that has has things done to it already to save money ;)
