i am planning a 5efe conversion and was wondering what would be the best way to obtain 110 - 120 bhp from the engine. and since no one seams to have found a way of using the 5efe ecu in the sr what are my options on aftermarket ecus?

small update no more dented door yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! booked in for end of febuary for fixing arch, wheel refurb, and some finishing touches inside the car.

they are only small will get better pics up soon some nice damage shots sitin beside my mates corsa that is lowered 40mm just so as people can gauge how low my car sits (tooooooooo loooooooooow)

ok here we go and im sure we are all sick of this but after reading through i cant seam to piece enougth together to create a check list for the 5efe transplant. so my request is can some1 in the no mke up a list of what is needed and what can be kept from my sr setup secondly will i have trouble geting a 5efe ecu to work with my car or would it make much difference wrking with the standard 4efe ecu.

just a teaser door will be on by monday along with my newly designed door cards that i have only just finished. and slyvester is no longer a tte representive trd was always more intimidating.

can you make a baffold to help quite down a back box? i ask because mine is loud and i do like it but would like to quiet it down for times when i just cant be bothered with the rumber like my late nite trips back from my girlfriends. amy info would be handy cheers

small update a black starlet sr driver door on the way (i love ebay) new top mount thank you idrees new bulbs led side lights and super white bulbs more speakers experimental interior painting trd stickers (all shall be revealed) custom mounting drink holder (because im fed up balancing my girlfriend and 5 year old brothers coke ) and finally the dreaded mot once the new door is on was up 3 days ago. and i decided also to get a new gear box to solve the jumping engine and cruching 2nd gear so smooooooooooooth now. almost back to sylvesters former self

on a closer inspection it has lead me to drive shaft i shall not be beaten

my luck is rubish just as i get three brand spankin new tyres and ready to book her in to get my hit and run damage sorted the engine decides to try and leap out of the bonnet. my mechanic friend is looking at it now hopfuly easily sorted and something daft. i shall not give up the war was not won in a day. if its bad low that could mean bigger engine !!!!
