  1. Hi all. Does anyone no where I can get hold of a replacement Blower Motor Resistor for my 1997 Starlet Sportif 4E-FE? Alternatively are there any equivalents from other Toyota models. I've searched on loads of suppliers sites but they just don't seem to be available anymore, even on Ebay. Many Thanks Martin
  2. Thanks. Kind of confirms what I've heard before. Is there a way of getting at it without removing Dashboard, i.e via glovebox.
  3. Hi all. I own a 1997 Starlet 1.3 4EFE with 100k on the clock. Recently the heater has stopped blowing on settings 1,2 and 3 but is OK on 4. The heat is fine coming out. I have had the fascia apart and the switch appears fine. I've checked for fuses or relays that may be the cause to no avail. So I'm guessing there's some electronics buried in the dashboard somewhere. If I'm right can I do anything without ripping the dashboard apart? Or is there something else I haven't thought of? Thanks. Martin
  4. Hi all. My name is Martin, I live in Hampshire. 12 years ago I paid £475 for a 10 year old Starlet with 42,000miles on the clock. It now has over 100k miles and much to my surprise has just passed yet another MOT with no additional bills. I was going to write it off as it has 1 or 2 issues but it just keeps on going no matter the neglect. Anyway, I have decided to spare it and give it a little tlc instead so would like to pick the brains of Forum members to make it 100%. Looking forward to hearing your views.
