Does any one know where I can get a tow bar for an ep91 starlet solida, I have the ball but I need the bar that bolts to the chassis.

Hi I am new to starlets so sorry if this is In the wrong place but I tried my best. 
 

does anyone know if a Honda Civic steering wheel hub adaptor will fit a 1998 starlet solida (ep91 I believe?) because when I bought my new steering wheel it came with a civic hub and I don’t what to take the old wheel off if I can’t fix it that day if that makes sense,
