  1. Morning! having a issue with setting up my timing the car idles at 1100rpm then once warm goes to around 950rpm idle screw all the way off...I place the car in te1 e1 mode adjust the timing to 10 degrees when I do this the car now idles at 1150rpm and dizzy rotated atleast 90% round of travel? now it is set up and mapped on a EMB so timing could be different I am getting a knock sensor code come on once over 3k now I have test this at 10 degrees 6 degrees and 3 degrees still comes on.... I have 3 sensors here tried all of them no change I have also tried with the wire off the sens

  3. stock td04 would be on its way out at 280bhp 1.4 probably looking at vf22 also
  4. my vf12 has gone and im looking to forge my 5e but fully rebuild bottom end to stock when I brought the car looking for 280/300bhp with the spool of a td04 been looking at td05 16g or vf34? any one see or tried these
  5. so when I drive my starlet foot my foot down and it boosts slow then kicks in 4000rpm and shoots way passed 1 bar meant to be mapped at 1 bar..... obv not letting it over boost passed 1 bar and screamer starts to scream once you are going passed 1 bar? vf12 turbo ex waste gate.... am I right in saying this is fully closed? causing the over boost and late kick
  6. firstly was not boosting now it is boosting but really late and over boosting!
  7. all hoses and intercooler pipes look good runs and drives fine just no boost/power smokey once warm valve stem seals need replacing I believe but nothing to do with the boosting issue
  8. Glanza v vf12 turbo lost all boost car drives fine just no boost? main causes? thanks
