al right some of you may remember me from toyotagtturbo.com,i got my car 2 years ago and since then i have done the following:- engine front mount intercooler(custom) td04l turbo wepr tdo4l manifold wepr tdo4l decat autofixed exhaust 2" 1/2 kn air filter tial 38mm external wastegate with screamer pipe civic radiator with the fan on a switch forge dumpvalve walbur fuel pump 330 injectors electrics greedy emanage blue,injector and ignition harnesses,3 bar mapsensor apexi avcr in black blitz boost guage greddy turbo timer switchable fan transmission standard wheels compomotive mos in the winter 15"rota grids gunmetal grey with polished lip in the summer suspension d2s coilovers brakes gt4 twin pot calipers with grooved disks when i first bought it first thing when i bought it was buy a desent frontmount intercooler and a dumpvalve to get a lot cooler air because the top one gets heatsoak from the engine so i did a custom one and it works a treat then next job was to get some wheels and coilovers to improve the handling with the mos on after getting al my other stuff for the engine i decided to save up and buy a td04 kit and slowly build up,i have not got round to getting it fitted and mapped yet but this is the setup so i had allthis ready to go on then this happened i was gutted i was going to sell everything but then i realised i'd miss it too much so i decided to get a carbonfibre bonet new front end and get a respray and now i'm glad i kept it here are some pictures here are some night shots with my new phone not got used to it yet just got this all fitted this week but pete went out to map it,turns out the turbo i bought off ebay is knackered,oil seals have gone it was idleing perfect he said then as soon as he used some throtle blue smoke come out the back so he couldnt map it so taken turbo off and sending it to be rebuilt.here are some piks of my setup hope you like:)
