It was installed when i bought the car 6months ago,only started doing this yesterday

I have a glanza v,with turbotimer.When i try turn car off the turbotimer counts down then goes off but car is still running. I have to stall car to get it to stop running then disconnect battery.Is timer fucked? how do i disconnect?

Wasnt sure if 96 n 99 were exactly the same so thought ad make sure.Cheers for replys
