  1. Save up and go for real carbon!
  2. You could have just pooped up to leeds with the cash dude or PM'd me and we could have sorted something!
  3. obviously I am going to say it is awesome dude but anyone on here that knows me will know I am not gonna say something just to make money. my black celica is currently wearing it and it looks awesome, I would have been gutted if it wasn't after spending about 8 hours all in machining the car
  4. Might have a sale on other Dodo things
  5. I Has pink writing y0 which means it is now official I will stick up a sticky in this section with details etc, plus will be running a foam lance group buy very soon!
  6. This Dodo deal is only on for two weeks so hurry, then it will go up but you will still have your 5% UKSC discount as well as other deals here and there!
  7. And I thought you loved me
  8. Sold out dude, awaiting a new delivery, debating if to get more of ours or get Dodo Clay!
  9. Yeah 30ml dude, but for that you should get a few decent coats out of it, I did the celica and it barely used any. On a starlet you would be looking at 5 coats easy providing you apply it properly and not over apply!
  10. Cheers guys and Cheers Phil, thanks for your help. Didn't manage to get Geo to move so I finally just bent over and let him have his wicked way with me!
  11. Just to give you a heads up in advance of my stickied thread being made, we are currently selling Dodo Waxes at £25 for the full tubs and £5 for the panel pots here: http://ninjashine.co.uk/presta/prices-drop.php
  12. I heard he already has had 2 starlets but just hangs around like a bad smell, and that he has Dodo (to which he is having a massive sale on wax at the moment with savings up to 7.95)
  13. That there is going to be a new official trader on this site selling detailing products.............................
  14. WOW! That is all..
  15. And only maginally quicker than the Tsport, have had issues with the suspension struts giving way and knocking (2 friends with them that were on the TOC stand last JAE - The black one shattered his gearbox)
  16. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? Again you will not be happy in one of them, my best mate has a T sport and we just call it an OAP wagon! They pull alright once in lift but getting there is boring, just like a VTEC!
  17. From experience do not do it, whikle I have been car shopping i have driven a few VTIs and imho they are boring. You really hve to rag the shit out of them to get them moving plus the VTEC engagement on the 1.6 is poor, not the same sort of kick you get with the b18c in the Teg! Also as said, Jordons are not worth the extra cash! If you want rid of the starbo sell it or break it, do not swap it for something worth less!
  18. Coming from someone who has been in your shoes and sold up, unless you are really sure don't do it! I got rid of the GT years ago, and regret it, as I thought it was time to 'grow up' and get a more practical car. I ran a 306 dturbo for a year then went to a paseo, an MR2 and now a Celica, but it is the GT I miss the most
  19. An idea of the state of the paint: Left un-polished right is after I have given it a run over with the rotary!
  20. Wow that is awesome dude! Think they want to cover them in Harly/Dodo after you have finished? Seriously though congrats, good luck!
  21. Told me I should grow up and get a proper car, not a toy one plus I am not allowed a smaller car than her Polo! The problem is that I only bought it because it was cheap, and I mean cheap, but when I actually looked round it and drove it I realised it is a great car and now a little voice keeps going oooooooooooo you now have lots of money for mods
  22. So I sold the MR2 in Feb and was on the lookout for a replacement, considering going down the A3/Golf/Leon 1.8t route. Having no luck for months and being too picky I went on ebay whilst being bored and typed in celica Within 10 miles of my location was a Gen 6 Celica GT in Astral black, facelift model, 11 months MOT, no tax, 130k miles and in in need of a damn good clean inside and out, plus a full machine polish due to the paintwork oxidising and being faded. The guy had owned it for 5 years but it has been stood for past few months It was cheap, far less then I was looking at spending on the other cars so went to have a look at it thinking it would be an ideal run around Got there and looked round it with a fine tooth comb as when something is that cheap you expect something to be wrong (to jokes about he would hate to sell me something that cost a bit more). Ran fine, held water and temperature fine, all electrics worked etc so couldn't logically find any readon not to buy Being the cheeky chap I am I offered him £50 less than his already cheap as hell price and he took it after a bit of thinking Deal done and got it home: Will be taking some decent pics this weekend of the poor paint and filthy interior, then what transformation a full detail can do!
  23. Georgie, good choice, they are great, can do a full car easily without having to wring it out!
  24. Welcome anytime dude, just let me know and I will stick the kettle on!
  25. I can do you 10 dude but they aren't mega plush, neither are the asda kent ones, ok for wheels, interior, applying stuff but you want plusher to buff off to limit swirl risk! Don't want to get in trouble for trading though but Zac you need to see the Dodo buffing ones, soooooooooooooooooooo soft and plush!
