Sorted it now! actuator was sticking

It still pulled from 2.5k till the gasjet blew

After replacing my turbo because of failed oil seals, went for a drive too setup the boost at 1st it boosted too 20 psi so i adjusted the the actuator and went too run it again and it boosted too 18psi, it then decided to blow the exhaust mani to turbo gasket and wouldnt make actual boost till 4k. Ive changed the turbo (again cause the last one was faulty too) and replaced the gasket so the exhaust isnt blowing at all now, but it still wont make boost until 4k rpm :/. Im thinking it could be a boost leak but then surely it wouldnt boost at all ? Any ideas ??

2k does seem a bit steep, tidy motor though its screaming for a turbo !
