Well time has come to say goodbye peeps - it's been an absolute pleasure to be part of your crew for the last 5 years. My baby starlet girl is off to a new home in a couple of weeks. I've met some wonderful people and made some amazing friends so I thank you for including me in your family :-)

Will it make any difference having adjustable coilovers on front and standard shocks and springs on the rear?? Just need to get it through its test til I can replace the lot

OK so the starlet failed the MOT on Saturday with a few issues most can be sorted easily . Need advice on what to do regarding a leaking rear shock. Currently on Tein coilovers but I'm now lost on what I need to replace??!!

Urgently required as both mine are broken and unsafe.

Yep its been almost 4 years since I got the car and I would now struggle to part with it. Proud to say it's never let me down with anything major - esp to say it's 18 years old!

Think it's time I spent a little bit of time, money and effort getting her running correctly for daily driving

@Starbuck - I will try to keep it cleanish for JAE and I may even get the polish when I'm there this time round lol Just wish I could afford the respray to make the bodywork look better. JDM scatches are not that attractive really

Never been a fan or the gym, training or generally moving my ass on the sofa, however, since joining the gym in January I am now addicted. I've never eaten healthily and I don't eat fruit or veg plus I still smoke (I am working on this - now being down to no more than 4 a day during the week due to work stress) I've always been lucky to have a decent figure but age and gravity does finally take its toll and you have the take action.

Now down at the gym 3-4 times a week and mainly working on cardio at the minute to increase my heart strength. Should be starting on weights soon so I can tone up vital areas!! The bf is very much into training so he has helped me change my diet and I no longer snack on crisps/junk and I now drink plenty of water and have proper meals. My downside is I hate food so when I do feel like not eating I now use meal replacement to ensure I'm still getting some goodness.

I wish everyone the best of luck on reaching their goal as I now realise how much dedication it takes to stay in shape!!!

Marc - Lisa was all tucked up in bed by time I'd finished being attacked by Alex lol and thanks Si - apparently Lisa heard us on Saturday night and the suggestion to go "surprise" her lmao

I think Lisa would have been grateful of the snuggles on Friday night Si Saturday night she slept in everything she had I reckon!!! lol

How could I resist the plea when Si's bed had been took over lol I did find it amusing though - well until I couldn't sleep because he had my extra duvet and I was cold!! I have to say I was grateful to Si and Steve for keep me safe on Friday night
