yeah 128mph. they actual speed they sent the summons for was 104mph as they only got one phto at 128mph and they need at least 3 for strong evidence. Yeah im looking at a 28day ban and £380 fine which i cant complain better than a 4 year ban i suppose. Will get a conviction tho. im prepared for what i get i should no better. Ive bought myself a golf for a track day car during the ban

Could work i have fort abotu it. But tbh the little 1.3 wouuldnt be able to handle it. If youve got a rebuilt strong engine and everythign else is sorted then yes maybe but otherwise youd jjust kill the engine plain and simple. You can fit a snipper Nos kit which will work but works out very expensive and its not the same as pressign a button like dry Nos Sniper kits contiunsaly spray when the cars on heavy load and the loud pedal is slammed down. I wouldnt really put Nos in anythign smaller than a 2.0 thats my own opinion tho. Ive had Nos in 2 of my cars tho one Dry Shot of Nos and a sniper kit.

Milage is only 86kmiles and always looked after. Havnt chnaged the oil for a while infact been 8 months where i usually change every 6 months.

What is the the vavle stem is that the a internal part? The car is up for sale and if it needs fixing i will get it done asap. Really if i left it, it will only get worse and kill the engine full stop. should i try the rockerseal see how that goes and if it persist's ill have a look for someone to do the valve stem. valve stem or pcv is that the gasket on the rocker cover? As i have recently taken off the rocker cover to spray it. How easy is that to fix anyway? Thanks guys really appreciate the help while ive been on the site ive never really had to ask for advice

k1 are a great company never used them on the Starlet but have prviously used them on my renault and porche.

On idle never notice it when driving. When the car is cold its fine but once wamr it starts that why i fort it was the turbo seals. Ive never ran the car hard only ever use the V to commute to work which is half a mile away.

Im also thinking of this aswell. i was also told to get a front mount intercooler and acurator and a decent decat and down pipe all in all spend £850

Hey guys started noticing the V is burining oil somewhere. So trying to find the cause of the problem. Just got a few light puffs of thin blue smoke out the exhaust. Took the car to a specialst who said teh cause was the exhaust which is alot of pants. Just trying to get ideas of what teh cause can be like Turbo,manifod,gasket etc so please put down your suggestions Thank you Extra info its a standard ct9 with standard engine. Tbh i think it may be the seals on the turbo as recently i had the turbo chatter rather that a bov and belive there was too much strain on the turbo.

it was over weight when i bought it the previous owner had a sound system and all that crap. i removed the air con a few CF goodies light alloys strrrrriped interior and this was with no rear glass and had it weighted in my local university so could have been some dogdey knock of gear from the council lol

veryy impressed with this was looking for one of these for ages but never could find a full list on my favourites now. Im happy with my weight ratio as my V weights 856 :-D Chuffed.com
