i am thinking of getting some upgraded shocks to go with my 40mm PIs but dont know which to go for. any suggestions on what will be the best option?

dont want to spend too much as if i was to do that i may as well just get coilovers. i just want them to last me untill i sell up.

handling is my main aim really.

im using kyb shocks with 40 mm lowering springs did nt even notice that much of a difference when i swapped from coilovers

Hi all, seem 2 have a knocking noise soming from my glanza, at first it sounded as if it was coming from the back but know it may be the front, seems to knock when going over a bump in a corner, doesnt seem to bad going over bumps on straight bit of road, looked at springs, shockies, drop links, trailin arm bushes, all seem fine.

Thought it may be poss engine mount.

Any help appreciated

gettin my new starlet ant the end ov the month and just wondered if there were any meets derbyshire way cheers

you dont always need a fp guage because the only reason you will need 1 is to set it up to your required fp setting have you got 1 you coulod borrow just to set it up

personal opinion i like em straight rather than set at an angle but its up 2 you mate

Its made to be quiet enough to participate in japanese races... they cant have mentally loud systems on there track cars by all accounts.

Its as good as any other system , but it doesnt sound like a tank comming down the road 

It does, on the other hand .. have a nice burble on idle when its hot.You could thrash it down the road though and its un-noticable. unlike some.

When you get it, rip the exhaust baffle out from inside the round can.

my weapon of choice is a crow bar, poke it through the tip and yank all the metal baffle out from inside. be patient because theres ALOT.

It doesnt make it any louder at all, but it jus makes it more free flowing inside.

maybe a daft question but is the hks silent hi power exhaust really that quiet or is it louder than stock cheers

will fitting a paddle clutch make town driving a lot more difficult or is it somthing you just get used 2

hello new on this forum just a quickie does any 1 have any opinions on bailey dump valves r they any good have they got a nice sound any help would be appreiciated
