well lads i have a tdo4 lying under the stairs for a year no chaft play but the propeller is realy stiff now will this free up spinning if fitted again
pour some oil into it and see if it spins free

Right TOMs ecu is fitted, sadly the car is still dropping boost
I was thinking could it be the manifold restricting it at higher revs? the manifold appears to be cheap ebay one. . . it has defo not split though.
Or maybe the boost controller as it seems to drop bang on 5.5k

Run a hose from turbo to actuator that will by pass boost controller and see if it holds boost better.

Which one would i need 23/23 splines or 23/30 splines?
only way to know for sure is count the number of splines on your own cv joint

first mod was a set of 16 inch alloys and a good clean up

got japspeed exhaust from Dave few weeks back and sps mild steel manifold from Dane
made a nice difference to how the car goes and great sounding exhaust

well havent updated in a while
noticed it has been down in power in the last while now i know why
found a large hole in the decat l so got to get that welded for the mean time probably replace it later on
Gt spec hybrid should be here mid week hopefully and decided going to give it a full service and add a few more bits

sold the hybrid and wanted more power so i went td04 which includes
zisco external wastegate manifold
zisco downpipe
zisco external wastegate with screamer pipe
zisco oil and water lines
all fitted
spent the day cleaning the car and added a set of clear indicators
after a few runs with standard clutch it went in bits so got exedy paddle to replace it

Decided to change the alloys so i went for a set of 15 inch rota slipstreams
Have to say it handles much better on 15 inch wheels.

Fitted on the car still some tweaks to be done but here itis at the moment

recieved the Hybrid in a few days , well packed and with water/oil gaskets enclosed too! thanks enzo, now looking forward to begin using it in a few days. I will keep you updated with results after installing it......
received hybrid today quick postage and enzo replied to pms instantly and kept me informed
