  1. ill have my say on the matter and thats me done period.

    i have disabled my pm box and it will stay that way and i do want my accoint suspended so i simply can not come on here and read anything.

    as said in the first post refunds will be issued when funds become available and will be dealt with in date order.

    dgr warranty will still stand and i will include clear detailed contact details for our rep from dgr shoukd you have any warranty issues that eed addressing.

    i am utterly disgusted at the massive lack of support from the mod team in general. the fact that i am not the only person to have any issues with parts fitment i could sling mud round about traders on here all day about things ive seen and been told but it seems that this just gets shoved under the carpet and kept hush hush. the fact that thread was left to get to that level is just beyond. if that was another trader the moderators that were online at thw time(you know who you are) woukd have shut it down long before.

    to whoever created the profile hahahaha put on some big boy pants and pick up the phone and phone me instead of hiding away.

    lastly shorty. if you could please drop tara a pm as to what exactly you have done to your cam pulley with some pictures that would be grand as you are the only person to have issues with them after being remachined. a simple pm would have been sufficient opposed to throwing fuel on the fire.

    so you have plenty to say so just say it!?!?? and to be honest yoi WILL be spoken to how you speak to me. i suggest you choose your words very carefully as of a couple of hours ago i am quite simply a member. i will not be trading any further. all of oir parts that have had issues in the past have been resolved but dont bemaking threats that you are not willing to carry through.

  3. we are trying to sort the issues out weve asked you to provide us with information to sort this out and after multiple promises from you that you would give us this information you are now refusing you seem to have no intention of assisting us in getting to the bottom of this your just intent on dragging our name through the mud and do you know what i cant be fucked with this anymore if anyone needs to contact me my phone number is above. all pending parts will be sent out the fuel rail issue will be investigated and then were done

  4. It is not the customers fault that you will lose out on mould costs. That is between you and the supplier. A customer has rights by law and within their statutory rights to ask for a full refund if the item hasn't been received.

    You'll have to sort anything out with your supplier after you've given refunds. As if they are at fault for slowing this sale down so much, you could possibly get compensation from them.

    i see your poont but i just dont simply have the funds to just refund people hence us contacting the supplier to cancel the order and sort out refunds and it is a completly different ball game when the parts are custom made

    Mine also has swarf inside the bore. Not as bad as some tho.

    and evidence that there was machining work done after anodising.

    The machining after anodising is a little bit of a give away as to what happened. They know they are not right but without loosing money and getting them remade this is as close as they can get them and they are running with it.

    It's bang out of order. Ive asked for a refund already.

    firstly the machining qas done after anodizing as it was missed as you lot were so desperate to get them in hand. one or 10 if you so bloody wish wipl be fitted to a running engine next week! !!!!

    to those who are not in on this nice to see your opininion on it and you have all jumped on the band wagon lol i will update once we have one fotted to a running engine.

  6. It doesn't work like that, I payed cj performance for a kit I expect a refund back from them on request not wait around for some chinky Chong company to make up there mind what there going to do.

    Do you have any business experience at all? Is cj performance an actual registered business?
