Sold now going back to a starlet/glanza but I had a 400bhp Skyline Gtst a few weeks ago. If I put standard fuel in her she would stall all the time. The only fuel she ran propper on was v-power. Bp-ultimate and all the others would cause her to back fire stupidly causing unwanted attention by police all teh time. So if deffo does make a difference.

Thanks all! tried pushing car when not running no noise? Seems to be coming from the pedals behind dashboard on right hand side of car.... only happens when goes over bumps. Im sure its not engine noise now any more idea's??? thx again

Hey All! There is a constant banging noise coming from the engine of my starlet. Sounds like the engine mounts may have gone but the gear stick is firm and cannot feel the engine moving through it so im sure its not that. My mates thought it could of been something to do with the power steering hydrolics.... jacked it up all fine. Took to local garage they had no idea thought it could be something to do with pedal bearings?? has anyone ever heard of anything like this or come accross the same problem? Thx paul

Hey All Can anyone recommend a decent bov and induction kit to make that chattering sound? Are the cheaper options any good or should i stay with the top of the range ones? I just treated myself to a mk3 starlet n the arches at the front wer rubbing both sides so took down there to get it on the ramp 2 see if they could source the problem n i spoke to your brother he told me about your starlet and to join this site. Saw your also from croydon so thought id ask mate

Ive just brought myself a EP82 MK3 and want to do all the stage one mods to it. I just need advice on what the names are of the items and where to buy them from. Im looking for a Hks actuator but I can't seem to find any is there a special name for them? Also im after a boost guage can anyone recommend one and where to get it from? and lastly a loud BOV or dump valve any recomendations? As you can probs tell this is my first turbo and im pritty clueless haha Thanks for your help all!!!!!!!
