evening all!! Bit of a sad update I've decided over the last week that i need to sell the starlet!! Im wanting to get on the property ladder and i cant do that by having 2 cars! so 1 needs to go and sadly its the little 1.3!! The car is now on the starlets for sale section for any of you that might be interested!! Really wanted to keep it and do what i said i wanted to do on the last post but i need to think practically and having 2 cars is not practical!! Black GTs are the way forward!! glad to see you got a near standard example mate, they are getting pretty rare these days!! Bit of advice mate for your nxt mod, get a rear anti roll bar completely changes the handling of the car!! best mod that i ever put on mine for handling! Tom

Afternoon all!! Update for you all!! Thought i would let you know its nearly time to bring this out Its been in storage for nearly a yr now and the time has nearly come to get it inusred and retire the starlet to a track/meet car!! Plan is to make this around 350bhp for the road and carry on with build on the starlet!! i doubt there will be any updates for a while as I've got things to do on the evo first and insure it which is going to hurt my pockets But rest assured the starlet will be forged caged restored and 300bhp for the track for the late summer time!! Will keep an eye out

Hi there mate! you could do with a few things that are not said on these post My personal spec is: Race Tech TD04 kit, comes with everything apart from gaskets and bolts but they are easy sourced from Tm Developments FMIC ( Jperformance ones are ideal!! easy to modify to your TD04 ) Gizzmo boost controller Walbro fuel pump 380 cc injectors RRFPR Tm Developments rocker cover and oil catch tank ( Advised for running a bar of boost or over) Cat back exhaust HKS VPRO ECU ( said to be the best ecu for a starlet but an emanage blue or ultimate would be fine ) TRD leads ( magnicor will also be

I chose the ms2 because its a complete turbo management unit i.e. turbo timer boost controller and a FCD if it was needed! basically i didnt want a clotted dash with loads of different switches gauges so on and so forth, plus Dave at TM Developments advised they were well up to the task of what i needed!! Plus on the Gizzmo sight they have a 9 second skyline that uses one of them units so pretty sure its going to be able to handle the little boost the starlets have!! Went to AFR tuning again and got injectors and reg fitted and map adjusted to bring the cycle rate down! feels even smoother on part throttle!!! Little update gents!! As some of you may know had my car mapped at AFR tuning and made 230 bhp but with the injectors maxed at 100% cycle rate lol! So recently received a set of 380 cc injectors from a lad off the forum riko666 ( top lad ) and ordered a RRFPR from TM developments to bring the cycle rate down so its a bit safer!! Booked in at AFR this monday for fitment and a retune! Will update with results when i mapping is done Cheers Tom

Sorry mate only just saw this! No if yu compress the spring that won't make any difference In height only the spring rate! You need to wind the top 2 rings down so the spring becomes loose, not to much though, inch tops! This just means the spring rate on the rear will not be adjustable as your sacrificing it for a lower ride height! It also means your loosig some suspesion travel but I've had no issue in doin this! One of my mates who has who is a car detailer fell in love with the car when i took him out and offered a free detail as he said my cleaning skills were lacking and and nearly none existant!
